Bio
Eddie used the name Sly, because when him and Ms. SlyFox starting dating, when she asked questions and Sly didn't want to answer them just to piss her off, after she forgot the question, Sly would bring it up later and she would say "your a sly fox". That stuck, and she even got him a beanie babie fox, Sly the fox. The hound part of his name came from Metal Gear, his favorite series, used to be run by a group called the Fox Hound Group. He put the two together and liked it, Sly Fox Hound.
Although Sly doesn't make real machinima, he used to, and still does, make little shorts like 'How Not to be a Pro'. His reasoning for this is 'Machinimas take time and effort, I just roll with the punches I guess'.
Sly joined Machinima because he thought it would be the next step, he felt that there was too many commentators that would just do commentary over gameplay. Once he got a good subscriber base, and just be himself on his channel, he joined Machinima as the next step on February 2010, making him the newest, Machinima joining, Creature.
Sly has a band named Stuck in Your Radio, this is making Sly have to wait on the office (not due to traveling). If this music thing kicks off, he might not be with the Creatures a lot (but still be friends with them), but doing his band. He believes that music is kind of going downhill, and hopefully his music brings enough to the table that his band will get more fans, and more fans towards the Creatures. If the music doesn't kick off, then he'll work in the office.
Besides gaming, Sly likes to hang out with family, as that is a big aspect to him. His dad is not doing so well and he has been lately taking care of him. Sly got Puppy Cop and Puppy Nurse to bring more happiness to the family. Other then family, Sly hangs out with friends, but the thing is, what he does with friends, is video games, but he does go out to get active like working out at a gym or playing basketball.
Ms. SlyFox, was Sly's girlfriend for 5 years. They went they're seperate ways when she went to college, and works and she is a MLG Pro at salsa dancing. Due to the complications, they agreed to go their seperate paths. He wanted to focus on his Youtube career, and wanted to play with new people, as he said 'you only live once, why seclude yourself with group of friends?'. But him and her are still friends.
Sly got into commentating/making videos, because before he had a Youtube, he followed Ken Burton, and he was part of the 'Ken Crew', he thought was Ken was doing was cool but there was too much 'drama', but he thought it was cool enough to do, so he did it. He says that he brings his silliness to his videos, and hopefully can bring that silliness to other Youtubers.
Sly met the Creatures when PaperBat, his friend, was invited and got onto Creature Talk. When they moved onto calls, Sly told PBat that he sent Gassy a request, Pbat then told the Creatures that Sly was on the list, and they knew Sly because of Sly and Pbat's Minecraft videos. He presented himself very well to the Creatures and he started hanging out with them, after hanging out with them for a while, they announced on Creature Talk that Sly was the newest main Creature.
